SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • 👑All orders will be processed through UPS, DHL FedEx or Priority Mail USPS. Buyers will receive tracking updates for their orders via their email address provided at checkout. Shippers will continue to update as they process each request. Carrier updates can vary depending on Country or region.
  • 👑All orders take a minimum of 24 - 48 hours to process for shipping. You will receive notification when your items have shipped (includes tracking). 
  • The following Shipping options are available in 2 zones, USA, and International. Please read the shipping information pertaining to your Country of origin carefully. 
  • 👑Shipping times are not guaranteed. Prices may increase due to seasonal & industry changes.

  • 👑 Uninsured – Your package will not be insured. In the unlikely event that a package is lost during shipping, Rapunzel will not be held accountable. Rapunzel is committed to working with shipper to help find and track any lost parcels through the shipping process. Any lost packages will not be refunded.
  • 👑 USA
    All United States Residents will have the following shipping options:
    1. Expedited Parcel (Uninsured) 7-14 Business Days. 
  • 👑 INTERNATIONAL
    Sorry, we don't not currently ship to Italy.

  • 👑 PACKAGE INSURANCE
    To add full package protection and receive a full refund if your package is lost, you must select Route Protection at checkout. This is a paid service and fulfilled through Route. If you do not select Route Insurance at checkout, Hair By Rapunzel is not responsible for reimbursement if your package is lost or stolen.
  • 👑 In the event your package is deemed lost in transit, customers that purchase Route will have to contact Route support & file a claim. Hair By Rapunzel has no connection or tracking ability once a package is lost so all communication must be directly through Route. To learn more, please visit https://route.com/ 
  • 👑Customs Fees - All international orders including to the Europe may incur customs and duties fees which are the responsibility of the customer. Hair by Rapunzel is not responsible for any customs fees you may incur during the shipping process.
  • 👑Customs Delay – Please note that delays in the shipping process and estimated shipping date may occur due to your Country Border Customs process. Border delays of any kind are out of our control.
  • 👑Customs Restrictions – Please note that in the unlikely event that your final destination borders do not allow for real Human Hair pieces to enter, Hair By Rapunzel will not be held responsible for the product being held or destroyed by the Customs agency. Please be sure to read your country policies prior to ordering real human hair.
  • 👑Estimated Tax During Purchasing - It is important to note that International orders may see an estimated tax amount on their product which will NOT be included in the final price. Your price will update once your shipping details are completed showing you are ordering from outside of United States.

Return and Refund Policy

  • 👑Returns You can return your wig or topper within 3 days of receiving it Day 1 is the day it’s received Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
  • 👑 Product must not have been cut, colored, or altered from original listing (including customized pieces, and hair pieces washed or styled or have tags removed), If your return is not postmarked by day 3 of receiving it, it will be returned to you. Please notify us of tracking number via email info@hairbyRapunzel.com   
  • 👑Requests for Store Credit Store Credit is only available for direct purchases through Hair By Rapunzels Website  
  • 👑 Requests for Refunds Requests for refunds will incur a 15 % Restocking Fee. Original shipping will not be refunded  
  • 👑 Return packages must be insured for full value of purchase. 
  • 👑Any customization from original listing will be a final purchase and is unable to be returned.
  • 👑 Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items purchased through Sezzle, Affirm, AFTERPAY, Shoppay or other Payment Plan options. If you choose an add-on service as it states in the add-on services description you are not eligible for return as these make it final sale. No exceptions.  No refunds when using one of these services at checkout

Do you require a signature?

  • 👑 We may require a signature at our discretion.

 

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY NEW HAIR?

 👑 Washing

  • We recommend washing once every 3/4 weeks-washing too often will weaken your crown and she will lose her sparkle faster.
  • Please Please Please only high quality salon grade products
  • Do not rub conditioner on the top, it will cast an evil spell on those pesky knots
  • Bath me, by dipping me in and out of a sink of cool water that you have pre-added your shampoo. Same applies for conditioner
  • Blondes you are extra special in care, a hydrating mask once a month will ensure your golden strands  stay soft and spectacular

👑 Styling

  • No heat is always best by low heat is ok too
  • Be careful not to tug on your hair too hard while brushing
  • Hairspray and other styling products are ok, but less is more
  • Gently brush from the bottom up, get yourself a wide tooth comb

👑 Coloring

  • Always use professional products
  • Apply a test strand first
  • Lightening is not recommended
  • It is suggested to never use higher than 1.9% peroxide on toppers and no higher than 3% on wigs.
  • Use caution

👑 Cutting

  • Avoid thinning shears
  • Avoid blunt cuts
  • Thin out by sectioning out layers

👑 Storing

  • A mannequin head is best for keeping its shape
  • A silk/satin bag can be used for travel
  • When storing put it in its box, keeping it out of direct sunlight

Do you bleach knots?

  • 👑 Sometimes, you’ll want to check each individual listings descriptions and it will state whether they are done or not. 
  • We do bleach knots at the front because of the popularity and high demand even though we do not recommend it.
  • 👑The knot on a wig is it’s anchor so when we go in and bleach the knots we are drastically weakening the hairs anchor to the wig making it extremely fragile and therefore increasing shedding.
  • 👑A wig with bleached knots WILL shed, how quickly or slowly that happens depends on how it’s worn, how bleached they are, how often the piece is worn, how often it’s washed and how it is cared for. We do not cover shedding under any of our policies, if you buy a piece with bleached knots you are acknowledging and accepting the risk of shedding and the certainty that the piece will not have the same longevity as a piece without bleached knots.  We do not accept returns nor offer refunds for shedding regardless of how quickly it sheds
  • 👑While bleached knots may give a more undetectable hair line it also causes the wig to shed significantly faster so if you need longevity out of your hair piece we do recommend using powder to hide knots vs bleaching knots. 
  • 👑Please be advised with bleached knots there may be bleeding from knots into actual hair or some spots that don’t take as well as others and this is normal! bleached knots may be imperfect. Please check your wig prior to cutting the lace because once the lace is cut or return period expired you will not be eligible for a return.  

 

👑 Discount Code Policy

Only one code may be used per transaction. Use of a discount code does not make it a final sale unless item is noted as a final sale item. Final sale items are ineligible for return/exchange. Discount codes are one time use per customer. Discount codes can not be combined with a store credit. If you forgot to enter or incorrectly entered a discount code upon checkout we can not add it after you’ve paid. We do not refund the difference. If you are having trouble applying a code please ask for help prior to checking out. 

 

👑 Can something come without a tag?

Yes, although rare it is possible for a piece to ship without a tag.
